  • Orders are typically processed within 4-5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

Delivery Attempts and Responsibility Policy

After two to three failed delivery attempts, if the customer is unable to collect the order, La Joyeria will not be held liable for any refund, damage, storage fees, or other associated costs. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure availability for delivery or arrange collection within the specified timeframe.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your order using the link provided in the email or by visiting our website and entering your tracking number in the “Track Order” section.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
